FAQs for Spa Customers

How it works
We currently take reservations for manicures and pedicures, both separately or together, with optional no-chip services for both. After the initial release of our app, we intend to add all other spa services very soon.
Our initial release is only in Chicago, but we intend to expand to other cities in the near future.
Because SpaMe is not a “concierge” service, you can search and book appointments at any time of the day, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
SpaMe shows the current day, along with the next 6 days (1 week total).
We strive to show all the salons in the cities SpaMe is active in, but we must obtain permission from each salon before we can accept bookings for it. Therefore, only partnered salons are shown. A SpaMe team member personally visits each and every salon and meets with management to integrate their salon onto our app.
If you do not want to enable GPS or if you want to search in or near a different neighborhood or city, you can simply type in an address.
